Yes, it is rather unlike me to embark on an endevour such as this, surrounded as it is by the neccesity of technical knowledge, of which I have little. The reason that I am doing this is primerally to make it easier for most of my far-flung friends to keep up with our activities as I, unfortunatly, find myself with less and less time to keep them updated by my prefered, less technological means. Please try to be tolerant of the upkeep of this blog, for, as I said, time and knowledge for this is not likely to be abundant.
